Mr. Niemann spoke on all the areas of New Jersey Estate Planning including Wills, Trusts, Powers of Attorney, Healthcare Directives/Living Wills and the emerging importance of lifecare planning for retirees and persons with expanded life expectancies who live long and may suffer debilitating long term illness, risking the financial solvency of their family.
