I felt that all our questions and concerns were heard. Mr. Niemann listened and then offered choices and thoughts that I would never had had on my own. He was patient and very easy to talk to. It was a relaxed atmosphere with the obvious presence of someone with years of experience and knowledge who was there to guide and help you.
The office staff I dealt with, especially Michele, were fantastic. Helpful and prepared and covered all the details from start to finish. Thank you all.
