Mr. Sciria’s real estate background includes significant land use matters including planning and zoning board applications, as well as landlord/tenant cases.
The firm also welcomes Elizabeth Loud-Hayward, Esq. who has over 20 years’ experience in all aspects of plaintiff personal injury and trial litigation. She is experienced in guardianship matters having served as Court Appointed Counsel in numerous and diverse cases. Throughout her career, Ms. Loud-Hayward has authored and argued numerous appellate cases before the Appellate Division of the Superior Court of New Jersey.
