
Stephanie J. Viola, Esq.
Stephanie J. Viola is an associate attorney with Hanlon Niemann & Wright, P.C. She attended Ramapo College of New Jersey, where she earned her Bachelor of Arts in Law and Society in 2014. In 2017, she earned her Juris Doctorate from Seton Hall University School of Law. After graduating from law school, Ms. Viola clerked for the Honorable Catherine M. Fitzpatrick, P.J.F.P., the Presiding Judge of the Chancery Division, Family Part in the Mercer County Superior Court. Ms. Viola is admitted as an attorney to the New Jersey State Bar and the United States District Court of New Jersey.
Ms. Viola has experience representing employers in wrongful termination, discrimination, and retaliation claims, as well as handling medical malpractice defense litigation and education law matters. Ms. Viola also has significant experience in all aspects of guardianship and special medical guardianship matters. The Surrogate Courts have appointed Ms. Viola as Court-Appointed Counsel, Special Medical Guardian, and Temporary Guardian for alleged incapacitated individuals.
Ms. Viola concentrates her practice on land use, guardianship, and litigation matters.
