
Kevin Gilmartin, Esq.
Kevin P. Gilmartin is an associate attorney at Hanlon Niemann & Wright, P.C. He earned his Bachelor of Arts and Master of Business Administration, with a focus in accountancy, from St. Bonaventure University. At St. Bonaventure University, he was a student teacher in the Accounting Department and served as President of the Accounting Association.
After graduation, he attended law school at Valparaiso University School of Law. While at Valparaiso, Mr. Gilmartin competed in the National Finals of Mock Trial and the World Finals of the John H. Jackson Moot Court Competition at the World Trade Organization in Geneva, Switzerland, where his team was honored to win the Best Overall Written Submission. Mr. Gilmartin also worked with the Porter County Prosecutor’s Office while at school.
Mr. Gilmartin was admitted to practice law in New Jersey in 2016. As an attorney, he has argued multiple Workers’ Compensation claims, completed thousands of real estate transactions, and represented landlords in tenancy claims.
At Hanlon Niemann & Wright, Mr. Gilmartin focuses on tenancy claims and assists the firm in other capacities as needed. He resides in Farmingdale, New Jersey, with his wife and son, where he serves as the President of the School Board.
