Alexandrea Williams, Esq.

Alexandrea Williams is an associate attorney with Hanlon Niemann & Wright, P.C. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Criminal Justice from the University of Delaware in 2018. In 2023, she received her Juris Doctorate from Seton Hall University School of Law, where she was a member of the Seton Hall Legislative Journal.

While in law school, Ms. Williams interned with the New Jersey Office of the Public Defender and served as a student attorney in Seton Hall’s Civil Litigation Clinic, representing clients in landlord–tenant matters. She also gained litigation experience working at two civil law firms, where she focused on Title 59 defense and related civil litigation.

Following graduation, Ms. Williams served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable James Den Uyl, J.S.C., in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Ocean Vicinage. After her clerkship, she practiced as a litigation associate, concentrating in Title 59 defense matters, before transitioning into her current role in real estate law.

She was admitted to practice in New Jersey in 2023 and the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey in 2024.

At Hanlon Niemann & Wright, Ms. Williams concentrates her practice in residential real estate transactions. She regularly represents buyers and sellers through all stages of the process, including attorney review, contract negotiation, inspections, title and survey issues, and closings.

Ms. Williams is a member of the Middlesex County Bar Association.
