Suzana Hot, Esq.

Suzana Hot is a partner at Hanlon Niemann & Wright, P.C. She graduated from John Jay College of Criminal Justice and holds a Bachelor of Science in Legal Studies.  She received her Juris Doctor degree from New York Law School and has been a member of the New Jersey State Bar since 2004 and the New York State Bar since 2003.  In May 2025, Ms. Hot joined the firm as a partner.

Ms. Hot is an active member of the New Jersey State Bar Association, New York State Bar Association, and the Monmouth County Bar Association, where she serves on the Probate and Estate Administration Committee and the Elder Law Committee.

Ms. Hot is experienced in all aspects of probate and estate administration, guardianship and conservatorship matters, and estate planning and real estate transactions.  She has been appointed in various counties, including Monmouth, Ocean, and Essex, by the Surrogate Courts to act as Court Appointed Counsel to alleged incapacitated individuals, Guardian Ad Litem and both Temporary and Permanent Guardian of the Person and Property of incapacitated individuals, and Executor and Administrator of Estates.  She has also served as a court examiner and legal guardian in New York Guardianship matters, having been appointed in multiple counties.  She prepares and files formal and informal accountings for guardianships, conservatorships, estates, and trusts.

Ms. Hot has also held seminars for the public at local parishes and nursing and assisted living facilities, given classes at Social Communities Activities Network (SCAN) NJ, and served on a panel through the Monmouth County Bar Association for both the public and attorneys on these topics.
