Elizabeth M. Hobbs is an associate attorney with Hanlon Niemann & Wright, P.C. She attended James Madison University, where she earned her Bachelor of Arts in Justice Studies with a minor in Sociology in 2019. In 2023, she earned her Juris Doctorate from Widener University at Delaware Law School. Ms. Hobbs was admitted to practice in New Jersey in 2024.

Prior to joining Hanlon Niemann & Wright, Ms. Hobbs was the law clerk to the Honorable Patrick J. Bartels, P.J. Ch. at the Mercer County Superior Court, Chancery Division. During her time in school, Ms. Hobbs interned with the Federal Public Defender’s Office for the District of New Jersey and served as a Court Advocate Intern with the Camden County Women’s Center, advocating for victims of domestic violence. Ms. Hobbs was also the Public Relations Chair of the Widener University at Delaware Law School American Constitutional Society.
