Monmouth Bar Association – Elder Law Committee
Fredrick P. Niemann, Esq. has received the following Committee Appointment Letter for the 2020-2021 term from the Monmouth County Bar Association.

I am pleased to advise you of your appointment as a member of the above-named Committee of the Monmouth Bar Association for the 2020-2021 term. The chair of this committee Lynn E. Staufenberg, Esq., who will notify you of the committee meetings.  Our Association exists to uphold the honor of the profession of the law, to encourage cordial association among members of the Bar, to coordinate the activities of the members of the Bar and to advance the honor, welfare, service, and enjoyment of our members.  I know that you will use this opportunity to make the practice of law in our County better for the profession and the public.

I expect the Chairs to schedule and I expect you to attend regular meetings of your committee to examine and discuss matters of interest or concern to the members and to address issues referred by the Board of Trustees.

Hanlon Niemann & Wright Attorney Named to 2021 NJ Super Lawyer’s List
Christopher J. Hanlon, Esq. of Hanlon Niemann & Wright was named to the 2021 New Jersey Super Lawyer’s List. He was also named to the New Jersey Super Lawyer’s List in 2010, 2009, 2008 and 2005.  Only five percent of New Jersey attorneys are chosen each year based on the multiphase selection process.

Fredrick P. Niemann, Esq. was featured on the front cover of the Monmouth County Woman Magazine in their September/October 2010 edition. The magazine is devoted to providing information and articles of interest to Monmouth County women. Mr. Niemann was featured as one of Monmouth County’s most trusted elder law attorneys and spoke about various topics affecting today’s aging population.

Christopher J. Hanlon, Esq. and Fredrick P. Niemann, Esq., on behalf of Hanlon Niemann & Wright, attended the 100th annual gala honoring the Monmouth County Chapter of the Boys Scouts of America. The firm was recognized by the Council President, Peter Cancro as a platinum sponsor of the event which raised nearly $150,000 for all the local chapters of boy scouting in Monmouth County, NJ.

Fredrick P. Niemann, Esq. was invited by the Office of Elder Rights and Adult Protective Services of the Department of Health and Senior Services, Division of Aging and Community Services, to make comments on existing Adult Protective Services Programs on August 25, 2010 at the State Capitol located in Trenton, New Jersey.

On March 6th, Fredrick P. Niemann, Esq. addressed the Monmouth County NJ Bar Association Family Law Committee on Special Needs Trusts, Supplemental Needs Trusts for adult and minor incapacitated children and aged parents and their use in asset planning and eligibility for government benefit programs, including Medicaid, SSI and SSD.

November 30, 2007 – Fredrick P. Niemann participated in a seminar hosted by the Mercer County Bar Association entitled “Utilizing Special Needs Trusts in Personal Injury and Matrimonial Settlement”, and successful mediation in Probate Litigation and Family Disputes.

Monmouth County’s largest newspaper, the Asbury Park Press, recently wrote a featured article entitled “How To Prepare Your Will” with New Jersey based Fredrick P. Niemann of Hanlon Niemann, a commentator on the importance of a properly written Will, Health Care Directive and Power of Attorney.

Mr. Niemann was extensively quoted, along with a client of the firm, on the reasons that cause people to prepare wills, trusts and estate planning documents.
